Pre- & Postnatal yoga supports well-being throughout pregnancy, prepares the body for labor, and helps integration for postpartum bodies. These classes emphasize meditation, dynamic breathing techniques, movement and stretching to help you feel more relaxed and connected to yourself and/or your baby.

Pantanjali Yoga Sutras 6-week Class

Patanjali Yoga Sutras will enrich your understanding and practice of Yoga. The course is for yoga students and teachers of yoga. It is relevant for all those who are interested in understanding the human mind, its functioning, control, and transcendence. The Yoga Sutras are both a manual for practice but also offer a theoretical understanding of the universe. This course is an in-depth examination of The Yoga Sutras, highlighting particular sutras for exploration and discussion. Geared towards those seeking to learn more about yoga philosophy and those who would like to strengthen the foundation of their practice with Pantanjali’s traditional ashtanga (eight limbs) yogic philosophy.
